Electronic lock
An electronic lock secures a doorway with a powered three-digit keypad. It can be operated beside the door or remotely after gaining network access.
Keypad challenge
- Enter three digits from 1 to 9.
- A wrong combination is denied and the keypad resets after a short delay.
- The correct combination unlocks the passage and marks the lock as hacked.
- The lock must have power for local and remote operation.
Access and risk
- Physical operation requires adjacency and is suspicious while the challenge is open.
- Remote operation requires an active network connection to the device.
- Once unlocked, the secured door becomes passable and a lock configured as a mission target is complete.
